First, I wanted to thank everyone who commented on my blog. I am honored at everything that was said. I appreciate it greatly - thank you! I look forward to posting many more senior images soon.
OK, on to the announcement...
Well, it took me long enough to get my thoughts in order for the Dallas workshop, but it's here (well, not yet - ha...) Anyway, I wanted to announce the dates officially. They will be: November 9, 10, and 11 this year. I have quite a large list of people that have requested that they be informed on the dates of this workshop, and I wanted to let you all know that you will be receiving an email this evening (to make it official).
Here are the specifics:
Three Day Workshop - Dallas, Texas: Studio Lighting & The Urban Session (Natural lighting)
Price: $1450 ($350 required to hold your seat)
Balance due: 1 month before workshop date
18 attendees maximum
I will open registration today. The retainer to hold your spot is $350. Please email me at: [email protected] to make arrangements. OR Please feel free to call the studio: 616.855.2196 All retainers must be paid via credit card.
Here are the details:
During your three days at this destination workshop, learn how to implement studio and natural lighting techniques with live shoots of varying ages. Each day will incorporate every element that I implement in my business: lighting (both studio and natural), interacting with your subjects, marketing, sales, intensive post-production, and more.
Day One: Learn how to implement studio lighting techniques with live shoots of varying ages. I will show you how to keep your subjects interested in more confined spaces using select light modifiers, out of the box backgrounds, and dynamic clothing choices. After the photo sessions, join me in studio for discussion, recap, Q&A, etc...
Day Two: Follow me through downtown streets to see first-hand how I photograph in an urban setting. Learn how to: Help clients plan clothing choices, Choose interesting locations, Find beautiful light and rich textures, and how to capture unique images in an ever-changing environment - all of which make your images more dynamic, and ultimately more profitable. After the downtown sessions, join me in studio for discussion, recap, Q&A, etc...
Day Three: Join me back at the studio for advanced Photoshop techniques (we're talking a lot - so be ready!), sales techniques, album design, creating unique products, the art of word of mouth marketing, and more!
I have 18 spots available, and I anticipate that they will fill quickly. I look forward to hearing from you! I also have a brand new workshop website that will be launching in the next day or two. I have been working hard on it this weekend, so hopefully it has all of the information that people have been asking about. Stay tuned for that in the next couple of days...
Best!
Brianna Graham
I also figured I can't post without adding an image or two, so here's a recent favorite...

I would love for you to consider doing a workshop either in the San Francisco, CA or Salt Lake City, Utah areas sometime in the next year. I wish I could come to Dallas!

You're killing me with this shot, you know! What's it been, like 6 months since the workshop I came to and look how much she's grown! This is a new fave for me! And that last senior post was incredible, too!!!
